Being confident in public speaking doesn’t necessarily mean you’re always confident when you speak…
And you might not realise this about me, but I’m actually a little SHY
So I can sometimes feel nervous before I share about myself, my life, my business etc…
If I’m the one speaking, and leading a big group, I’m fine, but if I’m in the audience, and I go to ask a question, my heart beats fast, and I need to swallow….a lot!
However…I’ve also realised that it’s good to transform my fear into fuel, and embrace ALL the experiences where I feel nervous (or shy)…
So when I started using the new social platform, Clubhouse, and found myself wanting to put up my hand to share in some of the bigger rooms, I noticed I felt triggered, and my energy would shrink…
And I wondered if many of you would feel the same, and so I instantly saw this as an opportunity to help you practice being out of your comfort zone, and share in front of groups, and so…
Every Tuesday at 1pm UK, I’m hosting a room on Clubhouse, if you haven’t yet heard of it, google it
I’ve hosted 3 events already, and I’m starting to love it, as no matter how big the group, it always feels very intimate…
If you already have Clubhouse, join me HERE every Tuesday at 1pm UK time. Let’s get to know each other better and help each other face our fears and be more confident!
