I have a lot of respect for leaders who are not diluting themselves.
Because it’s not easy to do…
It is so much easier to compromise your message to fit in with what you “believe“ will be received. In other words, say what is popular to say.
VS
Being completely true to yourself, and sharing the message that wants to come through you.
To me, this is the ultimate leadership, the ultimate bravery.
And not enough leaders are doing this. Because of the fear of not being seen, or not being heard, or losing followers, or whatever…
And some of us (I was guilty of doing this too ) think that if we don’t dilute our message and meet them at a lower vibration, our audience will not “get” it… Why are we “judging” them and thinking they can’t meet us at a higher frequency? Doesn’t that defeats the purpose of being a leader, because we’re supposed to lead people higher and inspire them to rise…?
And all these result to:
Self compromise
Voice compromise
Message compromise
Purpose compromise
At some point very soon, we will all wake up and realise that the most important thing is our ALIGNMENT.
So what do you REALLY want to say?
What does your soul want to say?
Hmmmmm. Allow that deliciousness to start to flow
One step at a time, one day at a time.
