One of my biggest dreams was to speak on a TED stage, and on Saturday I did it.
I admire anyone who gets up on a stage to speak, it takes guts. And the added pressure that it’s a TED talk and its’ filmed makes it feel like a big deal.
Life’s about showing up – for the good, the bad and the discomfort and each and every time you do show up, you grow. You overcome the discomfort and get more confident.
Life’s about being brave and being ALL in, 100% especially when you feel like running away.
Saturday was about growth for me. I expanded when I walked onto that stage, I knew that it was the start of something big and that I wouldn’t look back.
Make your dreams come true, even if it takes a while to happen, its so worth it when it does finally happen.
