For the past 11 years, since 2011, I’ve been working on myself
digging around
trying to fix
diving deeply into those blocks…
I believed I had a lot WRONG with me!!!
A lot to FIX inside of me.
SO many topics that I had to work through, transform, and release…
It felt completely overwhelming…😱😱😱
But here’s what I personally realised after years of self improvement
NOT everything that we think we have to fix is OURS…
Maybe it Belongs to our parents?
Maybe it Belongs to our ancestors?
Maybe it Belongs to our old friends from school?
Maybe it’s our ex partners?
Maybe it’s our current partners?
Maybe it Belongs to our kids?
So, what if we stopped trying to fix everything?
The problem with the “I-need-to-fix-everything” mindset, is that we will constantly be on a journey of just this…and I personally believe it’s easy to get lost in doing the work…
…and then forget to take the actual ACTION in our lives…
Make sense ?
I wonder if there comes a point where we decide that it’s done. That the work is done…????
That we actually don’t need to fix anything more, and should 100% invest our energy into building new perspectives, a new life for ourselves, new directions…?
Which we should be doing anyway, but we get lost in the work 🤣
I’ve been supporting clients a lot with this recently. When you start to see things clearly, and you bring consciousness to this idea, when you start to release the stuff that isn’t yours, and you understand some of the key topics that you thought were yours, are not yours, and then you start to very quickly release the stuff that isn’t yours…
…you suddenly feel very, very clear, very, very empowered, and very, very motivated…
Food for thought…🧡
Lots of love,
